Currently, Dmitriy Goroshkov occupies the position of Director-Sales & Business Development at Severstal PAO and Director-Marketing at Severstal Management JSC (a subsidiary of Severstal PAO).

Mr. Goroshkov received an undergraduate degree from MGIMO University and an MBA from Cranfield University.
