He previously held the position of Chief Engineer & EVP-Research & Development at Visionary Vehicles LLC, Vice President-Product Development at Zero Motorcycles, Inc. and Director-Vehicle Engineering at Gillig LLC.

He received an undergraduate degree from Kettering University.
