Presently, Darla Harman Whitaker occupies the position of Senior Vice President-Human Resources of Texas Instruments Incorporated. Ms. Whitaker is also on the board of Knowledge is Power Program Organization and Texas Instruments Foundation.

She received an undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University and an MBA from the University of Dallas.
