Presently, Chi Pang Cheng occupies the position of Chief Executive Officer for L&E Consultants Ltd. and Chairman of The Macao Water Supply Co., Ltd.

He is also on the board of China Ting Group Holdings Ltd. and Tianjin Port Development Holdings Ltd. and Associate Member at CPA Australia Ltd., Member of The Hong Kong Institute of Directors, Associate Member at Taxation Institute of Hong Kong, Senior Partner at Leslie Cheng & Co., Associate Member at Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Associate Member at Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.

Dr. Cheng previously held the position of Group Financial Controller at NWS Holdings Ltd.

Chi Pang Cheng received an undergraduate degree from Curtin University, an MBA from Heriot-Watt University, a graduate degree from City University of Hong Kong and a doctorate from Burkes University.
