Presently, Atul Kumar Goel holds the position of Non-Executive Chairman at Punjab National Bank (International) Ltd. and Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director at Punjab National Bank.

He is also on the board of PNB Housing Finance Ltd., Institute of Banking Personnel Selection and National Credit Guarantee Trustee Co. Ltd. and Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Member-Governing Council at Indian Institute of Banking & Finance.

In the past Atul Kumar Goel was Chairman at Indian Banks' Association, CEO, Managing Director & Executive Director at UCO Bank and CFO, Compliance Officer & Head-Investor Relations at Allahabad Bank.

He received an undergraduate degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
