Mr. António Domingues is Chairman at CGD Investimentos Corretora de Valores e Câmbio SA, BPI Moçambique – Sociedade de Investimentos SA, Director at Banco BPI SA, BPI Capital Finance Ltd., BPI Madeira SGPS SA, Unipessoal Lda., Banco Comercial e de Investimentos SA, Banco de Fomento Angola SA and Banco Português de Investimento SA.

He was previously employed as Non-Executive Director by NOS SGPS SA, Vice Chairman by Banco Comercial e de Investimentos SA, Assistant Director by Banco Portugues do Atlantico SA, Director-Foreign Department by Instituto Emissor De Macau, Bank of Portugal, and an Economist by Office of Studies & Planning of The Ministry of Ind & Ene.

He also served on the board at Companhia de Seguros Allianz Portugal SA and SIBS - Sociedade Interbancaria de Servicos SA.

Mr. Domingues received his undergraduate degree from Universidade Técnica de Lisboa.
