In his past career Mr. Stephen held the position of Head-Finance of Neo Financial Technologies, Inc. and Chief Accountant & Vice President at Canadian Western Bank.

Mr. Stephen received an undergraduate degree from the University of Saskatchewan and an MBA from the University of Regina.
