Presently, Allen D. Gillette holds the position of Executive Vice President-Global Engineering at Generac Holdings, Inc.

Mr. Gillette previously held the position of Chief Engineer-High Speed Engines at Cooper Industries Ltd., Engineering Manager-Enterprise Division at Imo Industries, Inc. and Manager-Engineering Delaval Enterprise Division at Transamerica Corp.

Mr. Gillette received a graduate degree from Purdue University and an undergraduate degree from Gonzaga University.
