Presently, Allan J. Beaton holds the position of Chief Executive Officer & Director at New Destiny Mining Corp. and President of A.J. Beaton Mining Ltd. Mr. Beaton is also on the board of Great Atlantic Resources Corp. and Alliance Mining Corp. and Member of Association of Professional Engineers & Geoscientists of BC.

In his past career he held the position of Vice President-Exploration of Alaska Pacific Energy Corp., President at Vicore Mining Development Ltd., Mine Manager at Nicola Mining, Inc. and Director & Director-Grit Minerals at Formula Resources, Inc.

He received an undergraduate degree from St. Francis Xavier University and an undergraduate degree from Dalhousie University.
