Presently, Achporn Charuchinda is Legal Director at National Economic & Social Development Board. Mr. Charuchinda is also on the board of Bangchak Corp. Public Co. Ltd., Highland Research & Development Institute and The Office of Insurance Commission and Member of Thailand Office of The Council of State and Member-National Energy Policy Council at Energy Policy & Planning Office.

In the past he was Chairman of Securities & Exchange Commission Thailand, Member of Government Pension Fund of Thailand, Member of Financial Institutions Development Fund, Member-National Energy Policy Council at Thailand Ministry of Energy and Member-Civil Service & Educational Personnel at Thailand Ministry of Education.

Achporn Charuchinda received a graduate degree from Thammasat University.
